Methods of Payment Our Office Accepts
At Eventide Family Dentistry we offer various methods of payment to provide you with the convenience of using the best option for you, without any hassle or stress. We want to make sure that every aspect of your visit is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Below is a quick overview of all the different methods of payment available at Eventide Family Dentistry:
Credit Cards, Cash & Personal Checks
Because of the immediate availability of Cash and Credit Cards, our practice accepts both as methods of payment. Personal checks as payment for our dental services are always welcome. Our staff will help you writing the check, so please seek them out and ask them any questions you may have. Lastly, we accept multiple credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. For a complete list of the credit cards we accept, or if you are unsure if we accept your card, please call our office at 210-824-0430 and we will be glad to verify that information.
Our office is delighted in being able to accept medical and dental insurance as payment for our services. Before going to your appointment, it is advised to call your insurance company to make sure what dental coverage your plan has. Or, if you have additional dental insurance, you may call us to verify if we accept this company.
Along with the other methods of payment listed, Eventide Family Dentistry offers Care Credit as part of our dental payment services. This method of payment allows you to pay in flexible monthly installments.
Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.
Medical insurance is definitely an important tool for effectively managing your budget. Insurance companies cover many health expenses, avoiding your having to pay the cost out of your pocket. Dental insurance is also a type of medical coverage that provides coverage for certain dental expenses. It can be offered as a part of the overall medical indemnity or as a separate policy. To better assist you, our office in San Antonio, Texas also processes treatment compensation through dental insurance.
It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider before beginning you treatment.
It is important to make sure your insurance plan is currently active, as many such polices go into effect after several months after you application is approved.
In addition to resolving coverage details with your insurance providers, we also recommend that you confirm with our office that your insurance company’s coverage is accepted by our office. Some insurance agencies are not registered with us.
In some cases, your insurance company may allow you to pay in cash, and then provide you with a reimbursement after the appointment.
Since insurance payments can be confusing for some, it is generally recommended that you contact us at Eventide Family Dentistry in San Antonio, Texas and we will answer all of your questions.
At Eventide Family Dentistry we are happy to offer any of these payment options for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at 210-824-0430. Our team is available to answer any of your doubts.
